To guarantee the viability of the lease, proof of financial solvency is required:
Employment Profile: Two permanent employment contracts, the last 3 payslips, or a pension certificate.
Guarantees: Guarantors with permanent employment contracts and payslips, or, failing that, a bank guarantee.
Financial Terms: 1 month’s deposit + 1 month’s additional guarantee.
Insurance: Rent default insurance may be required
Utilities: Not included.

Also available for seasonal rentals (minimum 6 months) for remote work, studies, etc. Please inquire about the conditions for this type of rental.

The apartment is available from the indicated date. If you are looking to rent in the future, please contact us 20-30 days before your arrival, and we will inform you of the properties we have available.

The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a living room with a work area and desk, and a terrace with ocean and pool views. There is also a private parking space and access to a heated communal pool.

The property is located close to all local amenities, including supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants. There is also a local school and a sports center within a 5-7 minute walk of the apartment. The beach is a 12-minute walk away.
