The property is located in a beautiful and quiet area, within the “Balcón de Los Gigantes” apartment complex.
This complex is renowned for its quality and beauty. It features two adult swimming pools, two children’s pools, two jacuzzis, and a green area with tropical plants.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a beautiful, large terrace with spectacular sea views.

Nearby, there are seafront promenades leading to the town of Los Gigantes, Puerto de Santiago, and Playa de la Arena, passing by stunning natural spots such as the natural pool (Isla del Cangrejo). Supermarkets, bars and restaurants, a post office, a pharmacy, a bank and lottery outlet, a medical center, beaches, and more are all within a short walk.

The price shown is for rental periods of at least 6 months. Shorter periods will be subject to a higher price.

The following are required:
– Two permanent employment contracts and payslips in case of job relocation.
– Guarantors, if permanent employment contracts are not available and for students.
– An additional guarantee is required for holiday rentals.
– Security deposit, agency fees, and final cleaning costs.

Water, electricity, internet, garbage collection, and sewage services are not included.
