It can be rented as a permanent residence (long-term) or as a seasonal rental.
Minimum 3-month stay.

The complex is very nice and well-maintained, with a children’s pool and an adult pool, and is just steps from the sports complex!

The apartment is available from the date indicated. If you are looking to rent in the future, please contact us 30-40 days before your arrival and we will inform you of our other available properties.

Utilities are not included.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

For permanent rentals, the following is required:
– Two permanent employment contracts, the last three payslips, or pension certificates and the last three income statements.
– A guarantor with a permanent employment contract and the last three payslips.
– Additional security deposit and guarantee.

For temporary rentals, the following is required:
– Compliance with one of the following temporary housing requirements (holidays, temporary second home due to renovations of the main residence, studies, job relocation certified by the company).
Since it is a second home, proof of registration of the main residence is required.

The property is divided into three levels. In the basement, you will find a private garage with enough space for two smaller cars, as well as a large laundry/storage room.

On the ground floor, there is a small garden at the entrance of the house and a large front garden with trees and plants. There is also a separate kitchen, a toilet on the ground floor, and a large living room.

On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), and another terrace with fantastic ocean views.

The complex is very well maintained. There are three communal swimming pools (one heated) and a children’s play area.

All local amenities are within a 3-5 minute walk, including supermarkets, shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants.
