IMPORTANT: In accordance with the Spanish Urban Leases Law (LAU), this rental is for a fixed term and must be justified by temporary reasons (teleworking, studies, job relocation, or vacation), always maintaining your primary residence outside this property. It is NOT for permanent residence.

If you are looking to rent for a different period, please contact us 20-30 days before your arrival and we will inform you of the properties we have available.

The property is located in a clean and well-maintained building.

All essential services are within easy walking distance (beach, promenade, bars, restaurants, bus and taxi stops, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. ). Playa de Las Américas is just a 25-minute drive away.

The apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a kitchen, and a living room with access to a balcony overlooking the pool and sea!

Required:
– Two permanent employment contracts and payslips in case of job relocation.

– Guarantors are required if permanent employment contracts are not available, and for students.

– Additional guarantee is required for holiday rentals.

– Security deposit, final cleaning fees, and agency fees.
