The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach. It is conveniently located close to all local amenities, including bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and cafes.

The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens onto an outdoor terrace.

– Two permanent employment contracts and payslips, or pension statements if relocating for work.

– Guarantors, unless you have a permanent employment contract or are a student.

– Additional guarantee if it’s for vacation rentals or remote work.

– Security deposit, agency commission, and final cleaning fees.
