IMPORTANT: In accordance with the Spanish Urban Leases Law (LAU), this rental is for a fixed term and must be justified by temporary reasons (teleworking, studies, job relocation, or vacation), always maintaining your primary residence outside this property. It is NOT for permanent residence.

Required:
– Two permanent employment contracts and payslips in case of job relocation.

– Guarantors required for those without permanent employment contracts and for students.

– Advance payment required for holiday rentals.

– Security deposit, agency fees, and final cleaning costs.
