The property has one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen/living room, and a beautiful terrace with views of the ocean and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The complex features a swimming pool and a solarium, both with incredible views.

All local amenities are within easy reach: beaches, shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars, and restaurants.
