The apartment is very well located close to all local amenities such as shops, supermarkets, cafes bars and restaurants. The nearest Playa de la Arena beach is on 5min walking distance from the apartment

It comes with one bedroom, one bathroom, open plan kitchen and a living area that opens up to the terrace with the views of the swimming pool. There is also a private upstairs terrace/solarium where you enjoy the sunny days soaking in sun. Community has a newly renovated swimming pool.
