This is a SEASONAL RENTAL. It is NOT a long-term rental for permanent residence.
Accepted reasons: Studies, temporary job relocation, remote work (digital nomads), vacation, or justified need (renovations, commute, etc. ).

Essential requirement: Proof of residency at your primary residence and proof of the reason for the temporary rental.

If you require a long-term rental (permanent residence), please leave your information and we will contact you when we have availability.

The apartment is available from the date indicated. If you are looking to rent in the future, please contact us 20-30 days before your arrival and we will inform you of our available properties.

The apartment has large private terrace featuring breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and the iconic Los Gigantes cliffs. It has been thoughtfully designed to maximize space and natural light. The apartment is ready for you to move in with a functional kitchen, comfortable living area, and all the essentials. Located in a quiet area of Los Gigantes with a short 15min walk to the centre of the town where you will find all local cafes, shops, supermarkets, beach and other amenities.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

– Two permanent employment contracts and payslips or pension statements, in case of job relocation.

– Guarantors, in the absence of permanent employment contracts and for students.

– Additional guarantee, if for vacation or remote work.
– Security deposit.
