Rental conditions:

– Seasonal rental, intended exclusively for temporary stays rather than as a primary residence.
– Minimum stay of 6 months. For shorter periods, please contact us, and we will request the applicable terms from the property owner.
– The temporary nature of the stay must be justified by reasons such as studies, temporary work, job relocation, remote work, vacation, or similar circumstances.
– Utilities (water and electricity) and applicable fixed monthly costs (internet, community fees, etc.) are not included; details regarding these costs will be provided in advance.

In addition to the rental price, a security deposit, agency fees, and final cleaning/preparation costs will be required. Amounts may vary depending on the rental period, season, length of stay, and specific booking conditions. All costs will be disclosed to the interested party before the booking or contract is finalized.

Pets are not allowed.

Documentation will be requested based on the reason for the stay:

– Temporary work or job relocation: employment contract and payslips.

– Remote work: proof of professional activity and financial solvency.

– Studies: proof of enrollment/studies.

– Vacation or other temporary reasons: documentary proof of the need for a temporary stay.
